This last week has been Spring Break for Taron and Keaton, and for Cooper!

It's been fun having it be the week right before Easter...

Last-Minute Easter Basket Personalization

I can remember what Easter was like growing up really well.

I remember my Dad trying to make our Easter baskets tough to find.

I remember lots of times one of us would find a basket that

didn't belong to us before we found our own!

And now I'm the one filling and hiding baskets for our boys-

and having to tell them that the basket they were so excited to have just found

is a different brother's and not theirs!

This year I thought maybe I'd try to personalize their baskets a little bit

so it was obvious at first glance who's was who's...

Green Smoothie Reality

Everybody thinks green smoothies are good, right?

"Can't even taste the greens!" or "Tastes like candy!"

are phrases I've heard describe them several times over.

I want to be on the green smoothie bandwagon!

I'm inspired by THIS site and think that green smoothies could really make sense

for weight loss, on top of nutrition alone.

And I do, I really like green smoothies these days.

But I have to say "these days" because... confession:

I've done met my personal quota for green smoothie FAILS!

No, I don't think they taste like candy.

But I have learned a few things to make them enjoyable at least!

Scavenger Hunts and Beautiful Boys

I love, love, love the glowing evening light for taking pictures! The little boys and I recently headed outside on a particularly warm evening for a little outdoor scavenger hunt and I couldn't help but keep interrupting the fun to snap photos of my beautiful boys!

How can it not be- first day of Spring on Wednesday, which also happens to be my Hottie Hubby's birthday, and some fun planned this coming weekend with my awesome Mom and sisters.
