Lemon Pepper Zucchini

This is one of my favorite ways to eat zucchini and I thought I'd share the recipe! My mom wanted this one awhile back and it's been awhile since I've put a recipe on here, so here it goes:

Lemon Pepper Zucchini

2 medium zucchini, cut into 1/2 inch slices
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
Spread slices across a baking sheet and brush with melted butter, then sprinkle with:
lemon pepper
garlic powder
a "tish" of dried dill.
Top with parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degree for 15-20 minutes or until desired tenderness. Yum! This smells awesome while cooking :)
